This is a remodel at 913 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. This was an extensive renovation that included removing the second floor, adding two bedrooms, an elevator, two screen decks, and turning the front into the back and the back into the front. Also added a breezeway and three car carport. That’s the Dean Dome and Chapel Hill in the background!
