Real estate and construction captured my heart from a very early age. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management at The Pennsylvania State University in 1996, I accepted an outstanding opportunity as a construction manager with a local builder in the fast-growing and vibrant Raleigh-Durham area. Arriving just ahead of the infamous Hurricane Fran, I was soon immersed in the construction trade as the Triangle area grew exponentially. After working my way up within the supervisory ranks in construction management, I transitioned to new home sales in the early 2000s helping thousands of Triangle families design and build their dream home.
During 17 years as a new home sales agent for local and national builders, a passion to design, craft, and deliver homes directly to clients built in my heart. In 2018, I left corporate building in pursuit of this dream and Tobin Construction was born! During this inaugural year, Tobin Construction’s custom home entry in the Parade of Homes for Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties was awarded the Silver Medal!
That summer, I joined Keller Williams and formed The Tobin Team to help people sell, purchase, and invest in real estate. Our combined experience of working with hundreds of clients in Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties during the past three decades and my expertise in home construction offer a unique and powerful advantage to our clients during all phases of a real estate transaction.
